V) Solid hardwood floor and engineered hardwood floor:
1) Solid: This type of hardwood flooring is 19.8 millimetres thick. Its length varies from 0.254 metres to 2.10 metres. Its width is 82.55 or 107.95 millimetres.
This hardwood flooring can be nailed or stapled onto a board or floor joists above a concrete slab. It can be sanded up to seven times.

2) Engineered hardwood floor: the engineered model is 12 millimetres thick and is composed of a 3mm wear layer and a 9 mm Baltic birch plywood layer. Its length varies from 0.254 meters and 2 meters. Available widths are 83mm and 132 mm. This hardwood flooring can be glued or stapled. It can be sanded up to three times.

3) Modelloc engineering flooris: a hardwood floating floor with a tongue and groove installation system. It is comprises of a 3mm wear layer and a 9 mm Baltic birch plywood layer. Its length varies from 0.254 meters and 2 meters. Available widths are 87mm and 132 mm. It can be sanded up to three times.
